Colmants Shipping and Item Availability
The Colmants Team takes extreme pride in fulfilling orders as fast as possible. All items are shipped from our Florida warehouse. The ordered items will be processed once your payment is approved, the item is located, packaged, and the shipping address is verified. Unless noted otherwise via banner message, the fulfillment process for 99% of in-stock items typically begins within a few minutes up to a few hours after completion of your online purchase. A tracking number will be immediately provided once processed. You will receive notification via email when your order has shipped.
After your order is processed, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States and other Colmants-observed holidays.
Due to circumstances beyond our control with package carriers, please be advised that we are not responsible for missing shipped items (or stolen from porch after delivery) once your package has been provided to the carrier. All items shipped will include an email to purchaser to include the tracking number of the shipment as provided by the carrier. It is the responsibility of the consumer to monitor the shipping progress. For issues concerning missing packages, please consult with USPS here.

Eligible Shop Promise orders are backed by a limited guarantee. If your order didn't arrive by the given estimated delivery date, then you may be eligible to receive $5.00 USD in Shop Cash to spend in the Shop app. Receiving your Shop Cash under the limited guarantee depends on your payment method. We offer shipping to a growing number of international locations using UPS Worldwide services. Shipping rates and transit times depend on location & order dimensions + weight.
** Note Any fees associated with a refused or undeliverable shipment (shipping fees to and from, taxes, import fees, duty, etc.) will be deducted from any applicable refund.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@colmants.com With your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In addition, you can login to your account by going to https://account.colmants.com to check your order history and status.
Item Availability and Restock
Although we would love to have an infinite supply of our products on hand at all times, the reality is this is not possible. Most out of stock items are typically restocked within a few weeks depending on part availability/delivery times.
