Here we try to answer some common questions:

How long will it be before I receive my order?
We ship as quickly as we can typically.
Usually, orders placed before 3pm CT ship the same day.
Transit times can vary due to unforeseen circumstances, but we are usually able to deliver in these timeframes:

Standard Shipping (3 to 5 business days)
Expedited Shipping (1 to 3 business days)

What happens if I don't receive my package?
Please be advised that we are not responsible for missing shipped items(or stolen from porch after delivery).  All items shipped will include an email to purchaser to include the tracking number of the shipment.  It is the responsibility of the consumer to monitor the shipping progress. For issues concerning missing packages, please consult with USPS.  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments to non-verifiable addresses or to addresses shipped to a wrong address.

If we are not notified of an address change before the shipment of your order, refunds or replacements for a lost or stolen package will not be accepted.

Defective Items: We want you to be satisfied with our products - from order to delivery.  If you receive an item that is defective, definitely contact us. We will take care of you.
